WE SHIP ALL ACRYLICS all we need is an emailed make model and year of the bed in questions PLUS did you need a canopy or a bench acrylic. Use our contact page linked in footer to email us for a price quote.
To start the process we need
- Exact Make, Model and Year of the tanning bed or booth
- Canopy or Bench or Bay Designation
- Measure using a seamstress fabric measuring tape
- Measurements of the acrylic as defined below
- Images of the unit and it's maker sticker email to us
Measuring your Acrylic
- Disconnect the tanning bed from the electrical supply.
- Following the manufacturers instructions, completely remove the acrylic surface you are
replacing from the tanning bed - Measure around the width of the back side of the acrylic (the side that faces the lamps). DO NOT ROUND THE MEASUREMENTS UP OR DOWN.
- Be accurate to within a 1/8?.
- Measure the length of the back side of the acrylic (the side that faces the lamps) DO NOT ROUND THE MEASUREMENTS UP OR DOWN.
- Be accurate to within a 1/8?.
- Measure the drop of the acrylic. Floor to top of curve in inches. (See Diagram D)
- Measure the thickness. (See Diagram E) Usually given in decimals. (see Conversion chart)
- Although we have the manufacturers approved templates for most tanning shield designs, you
may be asked to provide information about any special maskings, notches, or holes.
